Returns: Physical Products
- Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery
- Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging
- Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
- Refunds processed within 3-5 business days after we receive the return
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable
Returns: Digital Products
Due to the instant-access nature of digital products, all digital sales are final. If you experience a technical issue accessing your purchase, contact us and we'll resolve it immediately.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please email us at hello@infiniteawakening.co with photos within 7 days of delivery. We'll send a free replacement, no return needed.
Exchanges
We don't offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please return the original and place a new order.
